as a life-long teacher to guide and support people on their health journey. As
a living food chef, Janet creates confident chefs in their own kitchens with
hand-on food preparation by helping them create easy and nutritious raw vegan recipes
for improved energy, vitality and excellent overall health. When Janet is not in the kitchen or looking
for the perfect recipe; you’ll find her outside hiking, cycling or trying out
